Internships
Radical Design
Group has created a structured internship program giving
college students or recent college graduates the opportunity
to gain valuable experience in the graphic design and
marketing industry.
The purpose of
Radical Design Group’s Internship Program is to provide an
extensive hands-on career development program for young
adults, giving them the resume and/or college credits
necessary to embark on their careers in the design and
marketing world.
General
Information
Intern positions
may or may not be compensated. Interns who accept the
position for a course grade must make all arrangements with
the participating college/school prior to beginning the work
experience.
All interns
should be highly motivated, interested in the sports
industry, possess excellent interpersonal skills and a good
attitude, have a willingness to learn and be prepared to
work long hours, including Saturdays. Internships are
available year-round.
Time
Commitment
Interns should be
available to work full-time, including some evenings and
some weekends – however, scheduling arrangements are
flexible. Standard workdays run Monday through Friday 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (possible evening hours may be required
for trade shows, show car appearances and special
circumstances). On “show days” the work days begin at 9
a.m. and end after the event is completed.
